BodyMap uses cutting-edge verbal and visualization techniques, combined with a simple exercise repertoire. It can be easily integrated into all areas of you life, and performed at the office, in the car, at the gym or simply while eating lunch.
The BodyMap 4 programme is taught in 4 individual sessions. Each session is themed and uses simple movements and visualizations to enable you to quickly experience the full potential of your posture.
