By integrating mindfulness-based practices and well-being education, I help clients find greater balance across home and work, while developing communication skills that support personal and professional relationships.

I work with adults aged 18 and over navigating experiences including anxiety and stress, grief and loss, trauma, pregnancy and birth, divorce, parenting, neurodivergence, menopause, ongoing health conditions such as autoimmunity, and significant life transitions.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist within palliative care, with people living with life-limiting illness and those experiencing grief and bereavement.

My philosophy is grounded in a respect for the body-mind and its potential for greater balance, resilience and well-being.

Committed to  supportings others on their journey toward self-discovery, and most importantly the deepening, enriching of relationships, helping them to grow and thrive across time.

My professional life has taken me through connected areas of movement, bodywork, integrative health, psychotherapy and education, including many years of teaching courses and speaking internationally. My training includes Core Process Psychotherapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Applied Functional Medicine in Practice, Human Potential Coaching, Polestar Pilates and Integral Group Facilitation.

More recently, my longstanding interest in the relationship between body, mind and non-ordinary states of consciousness has led me to explore psychedelic care, bringing my experience as a Cranial Therapist to preparation and integration support, informed by further study in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Curiosity and continued learning remain an important part of my practice.
