Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural capacity for balance and well-being. Guided by the body’s responses, the work offers time for settling and deep rest, which may support a greater sense of ease and equilibrium. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, BCST attends to you as a whole person and can be supportive during times of stress, pain, physical or emotional overwhelm, injury, ongoing health challenges or significant life change.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions offer a supportive, body-based space if you are preparing for, or integrating, a psychedelic experience.
Preparation sessions offer space to develop greater body awareness, recognise personal boundaries and identify resources that may be supportive prior to an experience.
Following a psychedelic experience, integration sessions offer space to slow down and attend to what may still be unfolding physically and emotionally, with an opportunity to explore insights and emerging material not only through words, but through felt sense.
Drawing on over 25 years of experience in bodywork, movement and therapeutic practice, I bring a particular sensitivity to pacing, boundaries and felt experience, and to the integration of experiences arising through non-ordinary states of consciousness.
These sessions do not involve the use, provision or administration of psychedelic substances and are offered solely as preparation and integration support.
